Ingredients

  • 2cm piece of ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp baby porridge
  • Your baby's usual milk or water

Method

  1. Mash the banana with a fork.
  2. Stir in baby porridge and enough of the milk or water to keep it smooth.

  key vitamins and minerals.

Remember

  • Stick to natural tastes rather than adding sugar or salt.
  • Start by feeding a small amount and watch your baby’s reaction.
  • Choose a familiar, relaxed location with few distractions, and a time when your baby isn’t tired or too hungry.
