Dana Obleman has some good tips for early risers on her website. I found some of her stuff really useful! X

Hi Pixie79. My little boy was exactly the same and it was a cold that threw him off course. My advice would be just to go with the flow for a little while, for some reason sometimes they just decide to change tactics and give you an extra hour in bed. OR...dont let him sleep after 4pm in the afternoon, play like you've never played before and hopefully you will have a better night and a later morning. Only a suggestion, hope it works for you !
