how to start labour at 40 weeks

hey im 40 weeks and i want my daughter out i have 2 other children and they were late! dont want my 3rd one late ive tryed most things but nothing seems to work its gettin annoying now any idea's? x

hi yeah i was told by my midwife, after sex lay with your legs in the air 4 half hour, apparently there is something in sperm that is the same thing they use at hospital to induce labor. also fresh pineapple,and hot curry. to be honest non of that helped me my son was still a week late, but worth a shot it must work for some people.xxx gud luck!!!
