All worth it in the end

As a 1st time Mum I read all the books & magazine articles on labour & birth so I felt quite prepared for when the moment arrived. quick labour

i thought my first labour with my daughter was bad, 22 hours in fact. my second labour and birth was one i was dreading going through thinking it would be the same, how wrong was i?
it started in the morning and i went to hospital to be told i wasn't ready yet go home.
got home, had bath got dressed and the contractions were bad. decided to go back to hospital only for my waters to break in the neig...

bad experience :(

hello there i was just wondering if anyone else had gone through the same sort of labour as me as i talk to others about it as it still gets me down, but no one really understands. my waters broke at around 35 weeks and i went into be induced at 37 weeks. i started off with the gel which did nothing until 6 hrs later i was given another dose which gave me such bad back and stomach pains i didnt kn...

Working through it!

I woke at 4am on a saturday for a trip to the loo. When got out of bed I felt like I had wet myself, not thinking anything of it I went to the loo, cleaned myself up then went back to bed.
