...One of your collegues brought you cheap stretch mark cream (not even proper bio oil) as a secret santa present?

Its been weeks since ive been able to post but this has been really bugging me. before xmas our department agreed we'd all spend a tenner. I really tried hard to think strategically of a nice gift for the person i picked (even though i am not too keen on her, she is really mouthy and condesending), Anyway I brought a pair of mini straighteners really good for short hair or if you have a fringe, and wish i'd kept them for myself!!

I feel that the cheap bio oil was an insult! a very tastless thing to do at christmas, when i told my other half he just chuckled as if i was over reactiong. what do you think. xx

that is a bit insulting...there are plenty of things you can buy a pregnant lady so to choose something like that would upset me. many women are quite sensitive over stretch marks so that is a bit of a tasteless thing to buy for someone as you never know whether someone is bothered by stretch marks or not

I think the secret santa was a really cheap shot, and defo wasn't worth ten pounds. i will definately be opting out next year. I'm near 26weeks pregnant i will finish for Mat leave in 3wks, wish i could quit for good! xx
