sorry to hear that. the only thing i can think off is lower caffine intake and sounds rude but after sex,lay with your legs in the air,let gravity do its job. also...... if you try to take your mind off of trying to concieve its more likly to happen because without knowing your probly getting stressed about the whole thing witch doesnt help.xx

Hi Amanda, the main thing is to stop 'trying' if you know what I mean! I had problems conceiving my last two pregnancies and each time the doctor was referring us to hospital for tests I fell pregnant, because we relaxed and thought it was out of our hands I think! Other things that I think helped were:-
Having sex regularly all through the month not just around ovulation time - both times I fell pregnant we had sex at completely the wrong time of the month! I used ovulation kits but they didn't help at all!
Stopping smoking, cutting down on alcohol and eating healthily - and that goes for both of you as all those things can affect sperm production and quality.
Losing weight if you are overweight can increase your chances dramatically (I was obese at the time which didn't help)
Get your partner to take zinc and vitamin c supplements - this was suggested by a friend on this website and it worked for her. I also got my hubby to eat loads of tomatoes - as well as the vitamin c in them they contain lycopene which is linked to increased sperm production.
If your partner has baths get him to switch to cooler showers - I think this really helped with conceiving my son, my hubby used to have really hot baths and within two months of switching to showers we fell pregnant. Keeping his bits cool is really important so loose boxers too!
I tried acupuncture but could only afford the first session but that is supposed to help regulate your cycles and improve fertility.
And my uncle told me before he passed away that lettuce sandwiches work! No idea why and I hate lettuce but will be giving it a go soon just to see!
Hope some of those tips help! Try to relax about it all though and I'm sure it will happen when you least expect it. Best of luck!! xxx
thank you both your'v both gave me alot to think about defo taking the more relaxed approache x
