Flying at 32 weeks pregnant

Hi

I have a holiday booked and am due to fly when I will be 32 weeks pregnant. I know I will need a a doctors letter for the airline. Has anyone been on holiday at around this time in their pregnancy?? I am not sure whether I should go or not. Any advice welcome.

Hi. I flew regulary with my 1st pregnancy up until 32 weeks. You just need to check with the airline, as some have there own rules about what they are happy with

I didn't fancy it when i was pregnant but were all different, if your doctors are happy and it doesn't look like lo is showing signs of being early then it's up to you xxx

i know you posted this a long time ago but ... most big airlines will take you but i found it really hard to get travel insurance past 28weeks. then you also have to have a letter from midwife saying you are ok to fly. and if you cant get that letter and you have no insurance you will loose all your money. most short haul flight will let you fly up to 36wks - long haul is 34wks
