Travelling during pregnancy~12-13 Weeks Pregnant and Travelling to Grand Canyon and Denver, Colorado (high altitudes)
Hello,
I've heard of problems traveling to places that are high in altitude because of the lack of oxygen. I'm planning on visiting some National Parks in the southwest (Grand Canyon South Rim, Antelope Canyon, Zion, Bryce, Monument Valley, Arches) and will be there for about a week before flying out of Denver. Any advice?
i dont have any advice other than have you asked your midwife about it? she may be the best person to advise you on what to do/not to do.
