Pregnancy pains & problemsBraxton hicks
Hi ladies I'm 29 weeks and the last couple of weeks have been getting some tightening across my belly and they'[ve not been painful! Today I have had them on and off and this evening they have become more painful and uncomfortable, more so than period pains!
Just wanted to know what are your experiences with braxton hicks?
Hey... Im 25 weeks (tomorrow lol) n i have been getting them too... they now geting very uncomfortable n my tummy goes really tight.... if im laying on my back they seem worse (n my side sometimes too!) the othr night i ended up on my hands n knees rubbing my tummy as it was so uncomfortable (this was especially worse as little man likes to curl up in a ball on my bladder - well thats what it feels like!!!! x

with olivia i had them from about 24 weeks and they got progressively more painful the further on i got - i was always told that BHs shouldnt be painful as such but that wasnt my experience of them! so much so that i had to breathe as if i was in labour! with freya they stated at 13 weeks and i had them very regularly and they were even more painful than with olivia. again, having to breathe like labour.
the thing is - when labour starts, BHs are a walk in the park!
