Hi, not been in maternity clothes for a while now but Dorothy Perkins used to go up to a 22 and Asda up to a size 20. I used under the bump trousers and then wore a belly band when I got a bit bigger. I just wore mainly my normal tops. I didn't find I needed extra support. My sister wears the over the bump trousers though and finds them really comfy so perhaps try a couple of pairs on.

Next also do up to size 20 or 22 in their maternity jeans, and they are very generous in size - I was a 16-18 when I fell pregnant with my last baby and got away with size 14 maternity jeans from next for most of my pregnancy, only needed size 16 right at the end. I like the over the bump ones best but like beckos said try some on as its just personal preference.
By the end of my pregnancy I was so huge (and only 5'0'') that it was really hard to find anything to fit, I ended up getting size 20 maternity pyjamas from matalan, some ordinary plus size tops from evans, maternity tops from dorothy perkins and I had to get anything that was long taken up at the dry cleaners as I'm so short lol, they just didn't cater for short fat pregnant people! :-))xx

I'm between a size 16-20 dependant on where I get my clothes from. I have only bought one pair of maternity trousers so far and they were from Next, they are really comfy and I have ones that go over the bump as I don't feel like I have to keep yanking them up every two minutes. I the same as beckos haven't bought any other tops as my tops I have are fairly roomy and seem to do the trick. However I have bought a belly belt kit that means I can wear my ordinary trousers I just put the extention in and it gives me more roon, they then tend to be under my little bump lol! Hope it helps xxx

Hi I prefer over the bump support, with both my pregnancies I have been big during winter. I find maternity clothes very expensive, im usually a 12-14, but i have brought about 6 pairs of legging in a size 16(they are big enough to go over my bump. at 6 quid each i will be investing in a few more pairs. I have also brought a few strtchy empire line dresses and tops. xx

Peacocks is good for Maternity I've found - it's fairly cheap as well , I paid _12 for a good pair of smart black trousers and _15 for some over bump jeans, I have done a lot of shopping on Ebay as I love wrap dresses and fine it hard to find them. Leggings are brill , especially Primark ones are really good over bump ! x

i dont know about sizes in shops sorry. i have found the over bump ones so much more cumfy, in my last pregentcy i found them easier i had to keep pulling the under bump ones up as couldnt use a belt, this time i find them to uncumfy as they now also rub on my c-section scar so the over bump ones are defo full of win to me. but everyone to there own, hope you get what you need sorted
