Pregnancy bluesi cant sleep
is anyone else having problems with sleeping? for the last 2 weeks ive been finding it quite difficult to get a good nights sleep, im 19 weeks pregnant, so getting bigger and i dont think the weather is helping. i also feel more comfortable sleeping on my belly, but i dont want to hurt the baby so i try sleeping on my side, i manage to but everytime i want to change position or move in my sleep i wake up!! i think it might just be mothers instinct so that i dont lie on my belly. does anyone else have this problem?
