Hi!
I am sorry u are feeling rubbish and low when pregnancy should be a wonderful enjoyable time.
i suffered with depression when i was pregnant the 2nd time around (my lo is now 6 weeks old) and i kept it all to myself but it made it so much worse its very important to tell ppl how u r feeling esp. ur husband he will appreciate u telling him so he can understand why u take ur moods out on him i found ialways took my moods out on my oh and talking to him always made me feel better and made him feel better.

im sure alot of it is hormones but also having 2 other children to look after while ur trying to look after a growing baby and a husband you forget about urself u get abit lost in the middle of it all.

if nothing else posting on here will hopefully help u some it helped me alot having ppl to talk to who understand does make u feel more normal

dont feel bad and maybe try talk to ur mw?

congratulations on ur pregnancy and hopefully things do pick up for u xx

Hi Sarah
i do understand ur fears, i had bad PND with my first and am very fearful that i will get it again when my LO is borm in may. I have spoken to my OH about it and explained that he may not realise what is going on with me,... we have talked more abiout my fears and hopefully i will have the strangth to talk to him if it does reappear.

Like Sweetiemummy says it is probably down to hormones, and maybe having a word with ur MW or GP may help, as is talking to ur OH. It sounds like u have a good support network in place which some people dont (i didnt with my first, but circumstances have changed).

Again to mirror what sweetiemummy says posting on here u may find a halp to, the ladies r very supportive..

I hope u start to pick up soon and congrats on ur pregnancy xx
