Anyone got any good tips on how to deal with painful sinus es?
The dull but ever present pain is in my jaw cheekbone eye-socket and tops off with a throbbing head. =(
Honestly I haven't eaten too many Easter eggs!
You need to talk to your doctor. The only things you can take from a pharmacy whilst pregnant are paracetamol and gaviscon. Neither will cure sinus pain, but your doctor might be able to suggest something. Make sure you don't take something without checking with him/her first
The complete best thing to do is get a bowl of steaming hot water and put a towel over your head and your head over the bowl. this will clear all of the mucus from your sinuses :-)
