hypnotherapy cds for pain relief

Hi there everyone,
After having second son was very traumatised, and so was very shocked to find i was pregnant with this one? have felt quite anxious about giving birth, recieved cds that help relax you before you give birth and then you listen to the music one when in labour.
Tryed the relaxation/hypotherapy one this morning while burning some aromatherapy oils and felt very relaxed, and very balanced after listening to it, any one tried this, or heard positive things about it, would love to hear any stories, or do you think i'll be saying 'sod the music give me an epidural' which i have never had by the way! cheers from Katie
