reusable nappies?

hi im pregnant with my second baby and this time im debating using reusable nappies but so confused any suggestions on experiences etc ? thanku xx

this probably wont be much help to you at all...i dont have any experience of reusable nappies. i like the idea of them but they say they are no more environmentally friendly due to the extra water and electric needed in washing them. what i will say though is that with two children i barely have time to wash my own clothes let alone wash nappies!
My girls are 4yrs old and 12 weeks old

i agree sorry theres enough washing to do with a baby without adding to it.. i liked the idea but with a 16 year old a 9 month old thats teething and using at least 3 sets of clothes a day a hubby and my self between the washing and ironing i already have i just cant handle the thought of any extra washing.. not much help i know sorry i do know someone who did use them and they said they leaked alot but i would know personally..
