Otheris this normal after a sweep?
i had a sweep done today at 12pm. when i left the hospital i put on a pad after the mw saying my waters could break. iv just gone to the toilet and the pad has a browny goo on it! not blood like at all, is this nomal or should i get it checked? iv been getting some cramp type pains but nothing to sore! sorry for to much info x
Not sure about the browny goo, it might be normal but if i was you i'd get it checked out. When i was having an induction i had blood with clots but no brown goo
It could be your mucus plug coming away!
Sounds like you have had a show, I think the brown is basically old blood and is quite normal as far as having a show and it would be gooey. Labour could be on it's way, a sweep has always worked for me! Good luck!
