OtherAntenatal classes
I am from Lincoln and would like to go to antenatal classes but it seems there is nothing on offer here. I was just wondering if anyone else is from Lincoln and can tell me if there is antenatal classes here. As this is my first pregnancy I am interested in going to the classes as I believe they will be beneficial to both myself and my partner.
hi im not frrm lincoln but have u asked ur midwife about antenatal classes? am sure there will be sum in ur area. x

Hi have you been on the national childbirth trust website.im sure i was told there is private classes run near your area. Im in Spalding area so nothin here, but midwife led antenatal classes are normally run in local clinic etc.worth having a word with your midwife.im currently 27 wks today with 2nd so only 3more weeks til im invited for antenatal classes (had csection last time and never attended classes) via post. Hope you find something. Good luck. Michelle Xx
there wil be some in your area in at leats one of your hospitals, you need to ask your midwife so she can tell you where they will be held! xx
Thank you for your suggestions. I have not yet met with my midwife yet as I am still early days, I wish I had had some more support as I have had a few problems in earlier weeks nearly resulting in an overnight hospital stay. This is another reason why me and my partner are so keen to do as much research into the pregnancy as possible. I meet with my midwife next week and I will ask her then about the classes.
Hi i just recently found out that im 8 weeks and this is my first baby and i dont know
what thy do when i go to antenatal clinic at doctors .. ?
hello, i am looking how can I book atenatal classes? please help:)
Hi I'm from Sleaford, ask your midwife and she will be able to tell you about antenatal classes, they are called Parent craft here. You should have been given some info during your booking appointment. Some are carried out at the hospital and others in the community. But definatly talk to your midwife as I believe you book them though her/him! x
Hi, I'm from Sheffield and they call it Parentclass here. I'm going in a couple of weeks for an all day session. I'll be nearly 33 weeks then so you have plenty of time. I'm sure your midwife will tell you when and where they will be held in your area.
