Hi I'm 9 weeks and my morning sickness also lasts all day but I find it gets worse the more tired I get.... I find eating little and often helps, drinking fizzy drinks makes me feel worse because of the burping and avoiding milk in the morning seems to also help. Ginger tea is good if you gently sip it or peppermint tea I found is a nice alternative. Also drink plenty of fluids, hope something in there works for you! :-) xx

Hi I'm 9weeks 6days and I felt exactly the same everyday all day until I had my first scan. I've had a bit of a bad day today with it but I found that travel sickness bands work for me. I think its more mind over matter than anything as I work very late nights and only feel ill when I worry, the travel sickness bands really took it away. I bought a pair from my chemist for _1.49 and I swear by them. I carry them in my handbag all the time. I found biscuits made me worse and folic acid has made me feel absolutely terrible so I can't take it. Though if you're okay taking it i'd still advise it.
Always here for a chat so msg me if u have any questions.

Laura x

Hey, I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I was really suffering a few weeks back, my midwife suggested using anti sickness bands like you would for travel sickness. They seem to work pretty well although sometimes the feeling of nausea comes and goes.Thankfully my cravings for apples works wonders. I can recommend ginger biscuits too especially in the morning when things like milk on cereal really make you want to throw up. Hope you feel better soon x
