Morning sicknessmorning sickness....
has any1 tried extra vitamin b6,to help relieve morning sickness?
im 7 weeks pregnant with my 3rd child and today my morning sickness jsut started although i have not act been sick but i feel so awful and cant lift my head, with my other 2 preganics iwas also very ill but i would love to know is there anything to help with it as im finding it hard to look after my boys while copin with this feeling
I'm finding ice cold lemonade drinks such as 7up or sprite helping.
Also apple chewing gum (something about the strong flavour) and fruit pastel sweets take the edge off me feeling sick.
