Also forgot to say. How long after can we start the baby making again? Iv taken a pregnancy test that come up negative so the hormone is out of my body. any advise?x

I am in the same position i found out i was pregnant on 17th january 2012 and on the 22nd january i had alot of blood so i went to the on call doctors and she told me it probably was a miscarriage and i should make an appointment with my own doctors at the end of the week and to keep an eye on the bleeding so i made an appointment with doctor on the thursday and told her what had been going on she did a pregnancy test and it was negative. i was a little upset but i thought to myself i already have three children yes the four child would of been nice. me and my husband have decided to try again but i am scared that the same thing is going to happen again also its not easy because i keep thinking again the pregnancy and the week i should of been this week i should of been 7 weeks into my pregnancy.

hi ladies sorry for your losses and big hugs to the both of you i had a miscarriage at 13 weeks with my first pregnancy and was advised to wait for one normal period before trying again and just because you have had one miscarriage doesnt mean the rest of your pregnancies will end the same im on my 6th pregnancy now i have 3 very healthy children and 2 angels one through miscarriage and one neonatal death it hurts alot to lose a child at any gestation or life but and as hard as it seems life does go forward im sure very soon you will both be expecting rainbow babies

Im soory for your loss aswell marie :( yeh I would of been 9weeks this week what makes it worse for me my sister-in-law has 7weeks left and my husbands best mate is having a baby and she was 3weeks in front of me and they have just had there 12 week scan got very upset when the told us all was well and there baby is fine. Im happy for them cause its there 1st but it also breaks my heart cause of what has happened. I had to do a pregnancy test yesterday to make sure it came up negative and it did :( Now i guess we have just got to wait to try again.

Hi thanks emma i am so sorry to hear about you too, i am ok now getting easier each day but still there in my mind every day. yes i have friends who are pregnant and things are going well for them too. but i am looking on bright side i can try again and hopefuly all things will go right next time just waiting to try again now

Hi Thanks Marie. Yeh I have found as the days pass it gets easier but its still in the back of my mind. Im just concentrating on my sister-in-law having her baby and having a cuddle with her baby and then giving it back after :) yeh we want to try again but we have just got to wait :) I suppose going through this next time it happens i will appreciate it more if that makes sense :)
