MiscarriageHow do you remove due date from your profile?
Hi, just wondered if anyone can help me, I unfortunately suffered a miscarriage last month which I found out about at my routine 12 week scan (didn't know anything was wrong). It's been awful but trying to keep positive and looking forward to TTC again.
My problem is I can't see a way of removing my due date from my profile and therefore keep receiving emails about my progressing pregnancy, the last one being "Excited about your 20 week scan?" which was a bit upsetting!! Does anyone know how to remove this?

HI Hon, so sorry to hear about your loss. I thnk you need to go into "my cow and gate" at the top of the screen when you are logged in and un-tick the boxes If not try live chat with someone and see if they can do it. Look after yourself XX
Hi, thank you. I've un-ticked the boxes so shouldn't be receiving any more emails now but it doesn't seem that you can remove the due date! Strange, but the emails were the main problem. Thanks for your help x
so sorry to hear of your loss. there is a section at the bottom that says email an expert, might be worth sending them an email and asking them to change your profile, they might be able to offer some advice and help too. all the best
i miscarried christmas eve and have just emailed cow and gate asking them if they can remove my due date. you would think with how common miscarriage seems after reading on here there would be an easy way to remove and edit info that is hard to look at after. i will post any info they send back. ps sorry for your lose too
sorry i only realised this thread is a year old and not this november
