Labour worries

is this labour?

hiya :) im 37 weeks and im really starting to be nervous about the birth!
Ive had backache for a couple of days and ive noticed my babys dropped loads, i keep getting these strange kinda achey type period pains/ feeling of needing the loo!
i really dont know what they are but ive had them for a couple of days! there starting to make me nervous, ive also had the runs for a week or so.
please help me! is this normal???
