i have 4 children and backache was one of my first signs wih each as the day and night wore on had period like pains and pain underneath although this went on for about 24hrs
try a hot bath to help you or use a hot water bottle on your back i found this helped in early stages.

hi wondering if anyone could give me abit of advice,im 4 and half weeks pregnant and am having lower back ache ,it easies if i start walking around,im realy excited and hope this is normal?x

hi hun shouldn,t be anything to worry about if they get worse i advise you to talk to your midwife to check u good look i think it is normal as your stomache is getting ready to stretch for the baby to grow let me know how u get on im cyberbunny x

im 36 weeks pregnant and for the past 3 days iv have constant back ache and a bit of like period pains, i dnt want to ring the midwife as she will prob say take a paraceemol, i can becuz im allergict! :( any one got any advise for back ache??
