VBAC and worried about baby getting stuck

After having an emergency c-section the first time round due to breech baby, i'm due to attempt a VBAC this time round. I'm very nervous about the labour and worried i'll get the baby stuck as i'm small framed, how many of you are little but have managed a normal labour. Thanks.

i'm little - i am just over 5 foot and small framed! i had an assisted delivery but not because baby got stuck, it was because she had turned her head to face sideways rather than looking down. i was given syntocinon (as after 72 hours of labour the contractions were no longer doing their job) and with a few pushes she had moved down and had turned her head into a slightly more convenient position. she was still born with forceps tho as she still wasn't quite in a perfect position for birth! it had nothing to do with my size tho, so dont worry about baby getting stuck. good luck x

i'm quite small too 5 foot 2 small frame (my fett are a size 3!) and had a natural delivery and i was incuded due to lack of fetal movments 5 days b4 my due date. my little boy was born 6 hrs and 15 mins after the midwife had broke my waters. I really wouldn't worry and just keep an open mind taking things as they come it worked for us. Good luck and i'm sure you will be fine. Kian's mummy x
