Labour worriesAm I in labour or not??
I'm having contractions every 5 mins lasting 50-60 seconds but there is pretty much no pain, ive been getting these contractions for 3 and a half hours now with no 'breaks'. Is it labour but with no pain? I'm so confused because in the last half hour the timings have been closer to 70 seconds than 60! They say to go to hospital when their this regular but Im worried they'll think I'm insane lol x
I say no pain but it is uncomfortable!
Hiya, I had this with my little boy but it was the day before I had him but it felt like I couldnt sit down for to long cause i just needed to move and was going for a wee literally every 5mins. But ring the hospital and see what they say xx
Lol, sounds just like how I started. Mine gradually got stronger and stronger until after 24 hours they were too painful to talk through which is when you are ready to go in. Good luck. I was planning home birth so midwife came out but I ended up transferring to hospital later as I wasn't progressing and was getting tired after labouring so long with no breaks. Good luck, sounds like your little one is on the way.
Thanks they have calmed down loads today but have been getting more painfull just not as often, every ten mins sometimes closer but then sometimes further apart. Went for a walk earlier and I was in terrible pain with contractions but their not that bad now. I'm just impatient lol x
