hi pregnant and scared!

hi i am toni im 21 and pregnant 9 weeks again unfortunatly my last pregnancy ended in a bad miscarriage which has made me extra scared this time !! anybody else experianced this??? had a reassurance scan it has settled me a lil as could see heartbeat but i am terrified at every cramp !! any one got any tips on what to eat as well as nothing is staying down !!! xxxx
