General concernsKicks
Since xmas I have ben feeling the baby kick regularly and they used to be really strong. Over the last week I haven't felt it as much and it isn't as strong when I do feel it. I am 26 weeks on Monday - is this normal and as it's getting bigger just doesnt have as much space?
I've had that worry too, it could be that the baby has got itself into a different position so you don't feel the baby as much. My baby has days of being quieter than others,I think as long as you are feeling the baby every day that don't worry too much. I went to see my midwife as I couldn't be certain I was feeling him for about 36 hours and everything was fine. She didn't mind in the slightest that I had gone to see her, so perhaps see you midwife to put your mind at rest. Magda 28+6 xx
i am 26+3 the thing is it depends where the baby is laid and you get that used to the baby kicking you forget about them doing it its nothing to worry about.x
i cant wait 4 my 1st kick x
As mazm says your baby will have quieter days than others, just like adults. But if you're worried then go see your midwife, that's what she's there for, to monitor and reassure you. Worrying wont help you or the baby. Good luck.
