General concernsitchy hands and feet!!!
Hi i'm 16 weeks pregnant and have had itchy hands and feet for the last week - drivin me mad! Midwife says its nothing to worry about but she isn't sure why some women get it! Just wondered if anyone else has experienced this and knows what causes it??? xxx
Hi, I had extremely itchy hands, arms and legs around your time, maybe a bit earlier and the midwife said it was completely normal, it's due to the increased blood supply to the skin, if it gets extreme then always go back to the midwife, that is what they are there for :) i am nearly 25 weeks along and it has gone now and has done for quite a while (except for an episode of itchy toes the other night) LOL bare with it, it will soon pass, good luck, xxxxxxx
