you cant compare yourself to others as everybody's experiences are going to be different! at your stage though, you wouldnt expect to be feeling sick as usually that passes by 12-14 weeks. as for movement, it is normal to not feel it in a first pregnancy until about 20 weeks, perhaps even a bit longer (my friend didnt feel either of her children until 22 weeks). enjoy it now though as you'll soon be feeling very different!

but, in answer to your question, this is my experiences at 18 weeks with both of my pregnancies

my first baby: by 18 weeks, i was huge, was already wearing maternity clothes since 10 weeks pregnant, was starting to struggle to get comfortable through being so big but the early pregnancy tiredness was easing. had been feeling movement since 15 weeks by 18 weeks i was getting proper kicks.

my second baby: i was even bigger than with my first baby by 18 weeks. i had been in maternity clothes since 8 weeks. i was already suffering from heartburn and restless leg syndrome, couldnt sleep, braxton hicks started at 13 weeks and i had also started feeling baby move at 13 weeks. by 18 weeks my partner could feel her move. the sickness finally stopped at 16 weeks but i was still suffering nausea at 20 weeks

everything then just got magnified from then onwards!

Thanks shelly! I know i'm just worrying over nothing lol, I do get really bad heartburn though and keep getting everyone saying 'that means its a boy' 'that means its a girl' 'that means its having loads of hair' lol x

lol - i loves those old wives tales! i had heartburn with both my children - it happened later with my first baby - and neither of them had much hair!

i carried my children all out front - from behind you couldnt tell i was pregnant at all - everybody said they means boys. we found out what we were having with both of them but with our first we didnt tell anyone (we found out with our second but did tell) - both my children are girls!
