nose bleeds are common in pregnancy and are generally nothing to worry about. do mention it to your midwife though in case as sometimes they can be linked to your blood pressure

with both my pregnancies i had nose bleeds every single day the whole way through. like above its nothing to worry about but just say something to ur mw just so she knows x

Hey, I suffered with nose bleeds quiet alot when I was younger then when I became pregnant they got worse and worse.
My nose would bleed for up to an hour long and it was alot of blood. I'd have blood clots stuck in the back of my throte which wouldn't pass through my nose so I had to make myself gip to sick them out. The clots were that big it looked like i'd been to the butchers and bought a lump of liver!
I was very concerned. I told my midwife and she wasn't concerned. However, she hadn't seen how bad they were. I went to my GP and he said I'd be fine, but he hadn't seen how bad they were either.
On two occasions I had to go to A&E on which one time the DR said they would pack my nose but in the end didn't. The second time I came in they didn't do a thing just left me in the waiting room to bleed. Utter waste of time at the hospital!
I was then referred to see the ear, nose & throte specialist. He quaterised my nose to make it stop bleeding. Since I've had it done it's still bled just not as bad as it did.
I've always had my blood pressure checked and it's always been fine, my iron levels are fine and I had a blood test for clotting, that was fine.
I'm now 22 weeks pregnant and they are easing.
Hope they stop soon!
