heya, i had diahorreah at the start of my pregnancy with tummy ache and spotting, and i thought i was due a misscarrige ass the pain was similar to the miscarrige i had before. turned out she was fine...and as for the backache and leg ache i had that too, at the end of my pregnancy, its called siatica (however you spell it) its like a trapped nerve, in my case due to the baby lying on a nerve, the pain kept me up every night....

i really don't think the pains are anything to worry about - as they keep telling me,every pregnancys different so try not too worry,but if you are really concerned get an emergency appointment with your GP or take a trip to A&E and they maybe able to scan you there and then and put your mind at rest,

Hi. I had severe back ache so much i couldn't sleep. Had it until i was about 9 weeks. Apparently it's an increase of a certain hormone. I spent days looking it up on interent and finally rang midwife who said not to worry this can happen in early and late pregnancy. Try not worry - i know its easier said than done. I'm 16 weeks now and everything fine so far :) Big hugs xx

aah thankyou so much-you have honestltymade me feel better as for the backache..its gone for the past two days and i think it was that sciatic related pain and also the diarrhea has gone too- so im hopeful-scan next wednesday-im so nervous xx
