Dating Scan

Hi,

I go for my dating scan on Monday at 9am. I am so extremly scared, i'm scared the baby won't be there, i had an early scan 3 weeks ago and baby was okay and heartbeat was there. I am fretting so badly and can't calm myself down.
Has anyone else been like this?

i worried myself stupid before my scans - i was worse with my second child though. it is horrible because you want to be excited but you just dont want to get excited! you'll be fine. try not to think about it too much before then - yeah, i know easier said than done!

I know how you feel! I've got my first scan on the 15th Feb and I've been worrying that there's not going to be anything there. I've had nightmares about it! Just can't wait to get my scan over with so I don't have to panic anymore.
