Well yeah you can get saggy boob;s though it's not definate, the reason they look saggy sometimes is that the breast lose there fullness at the top, which can give them the apperance of saggyness (is that even a proper word!!), a decent bra during pregnacyand breast feeding can help also a good bra will make you look good anyway reguardless of the shape of your boobs ( i used to be a trained bra fitter incase your wondering!!) xxx

I didn't, but my boobs aren't that large. As Sassy above, I wore a supportive bra, even at night. Hope this helps xxx
