Feeding your new baby

BREAST FEEDING????

i am planning on breast feeding my baby, and am a little confused, can i express my milk once i have the baby? have heard that u cant?? what is the best pump to buy, there are so many? am i best not buying a pump untill i have the baby incase i cant/dont like breast feeding?? do bottles have to be the same make as breast pump and sterliser?? HELP xx
