hi i was wondering if anyone wouold be able to help me out by filling out a food diary for me ? im having problems on deciding what to eat ! if anyone could right down what they eat over 3 days i would be really grateful ! thankss
i have rice krispies with a banana and a pint of water at lunch i have a small baked potato with cheese and beans with water or juice and at night a hot meal with meat and couple of veggies with coke (my treat of the day), everyday is the same for breakfast but i switch my lunch around but at night i usually have a hot meal unless i feel a bit nauseus, then i have fruit or a sandwhich. the main goal is to eat healthily but also have something you love now and again, if it doesnt harm the baby. i eat healthily, but craved chinese the other night and gave in and had one. hope this helps x x
I have ready break or a bagel with philadelphia for breakfast, soup and some ryvita's with philadelphia or a chicken sandwich on wholegrain bread for lunch with a yogurt and fruit then a hot meal like cottage pie, curry & rice, meat & veg etc for dinner. I also have a packet of scrisps and usually a couple of pieces of fruit throughout the day as snacks. Trying to keep healthy but I'm just soooo hungry all the time!!

I have cereal in the morning, i cant stop eating and goes badly from breakfast. i do try to eat lots of fruit and veg so i know what you mean meganx. thanks for all the advice its really helpful to know that its not just me who cant stop eating xxx
I went on a really good diet program during my pregnancy, it helped me avoid extra ponds..and feel fantasic most of the time!
without even any stretch marks or sagging parts..lol

My diet is more varied than its ever been one day i will eat anything and everything and other days i cant bare certain foods even if i have eaten them already i do eat fairly healthy most of the time and have the odd naughty treat in between i have had a craving for ice lollies since being pregnant i love eating fruit but it gives me terrible heart burn.

I always have bran flakes for breakfast, usually a sarnie of some sort for Lunch and a cooked meal for tea! Whatever i eat inbetween is anyones guess lol..I try to eat alot of fruit and luckily after doing weightwatchers before getting pregnant i dont eat too much bad stuff. Hope that helps x
hi i am struggling with eating during this pregnancy i am trying to avoid sweets, cakes and take away but finding it so hard i want to maintain my weight in my pregnancy as i am a big women, so if there is anyone u coud help me with ideas that would be great x

wow im glad i found this page i thought i was a bit odd im contantly hungry and feeling a bit dizzy at times......i was wondering if any one could help i dont eat red meat how can i get more iron with out supplements???
in the morning I would like to eat one glass of hot milk with two boiled egg so that I can feel better and also like to drink water. during the day I love to eat rice with chilli,salt and lime because I love spicy food as well as snacks, biscuit, juice etc....the good thing is I am totally OK and I do not have any morning sickness which is really good for me and I can go with any food....... but my problem is which fruit is good for me so I can get it?
