i'm struggling to find nice healthy meals for myself as every1 keeps telling me i need to eat healthier but really dont have a clue?
any suggestions would be great..

u know what listen to ur body. not too much fat and at least 5 fruit and beg a day. a good breakfast is always a good start like porridge or boiled egg but even cereal is fine. or yoghurt and fruit. and a sandwhich or salad or soup for lunch. and dinner i always have two veg, a meat and something like rice or potatoe. tbh as long as u eat fruit and veg, keep it balanced dont have too much caffiene not alcohol and make sure all ur meat is cooked properly ul be fine! lots of water and fruit juice is good. but crisps and chocolate and treats are fine too so long as thats not all u eat!
and make sure u eat regularly, im up at 8 and have a snack between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. dont let urself get really hungry not good for ur blood sugar!
dont stress about it too much its really easy to be healthy a varied diet is always best!
stuff like stews r good they r yummy and easy and good for u! and try things like with ur mash mix in different types of philedelphia to change the flavour. or try ur hand at making things like pies or smoothies easier than u think! roast dinner on a sunday is always a good thing i think lol
hey, thats the thing i dont eat breakfast only thing i like is some cereals and toast but when i buy cereal i dont bother eating it.. and eat mostly meat,rice,and pizza and chips.. not a fan of many veg, but wit sunday dinner ill have like carrots and runner beans but thats about it.. only like apples and grapes and strawberries out of fruit aswel, so i dunno but hardly ever feel like eating them sort of thing, i love crisps chocolate and stuff like that mainly crap food lol
i think eating breakfast is very important u have to make sure u eat regularly. even try just a yoghurt or something. beans r good for u. make urself eat fruit at least. making smoothies is a great way of geting fruit n veg inside u it doesnt taste like the fruit or veg coz its all whizzed together. even if u eat the same fruit or veg every day thats fine as long u eat it. or try dried fruit or tinned fruit. sometimes easier. fruit juice also count as one of ur 5 a day apparently. u cud try putting pineapple or bannana on ur pizza i love that on my pizza.
just think everythig ur eating ur babies getting and the more vitamins u can give ur baby the better!
