Hi honey
I am currently 12 weeks pregnant and I've studied nutrition in my degree. I would not worry about what you are eating to much at the moment. In your first trimester its recommended that you eat whatever you can wthout feeling sick. I've been living off bread because its the only thing I've been able to keep down, but make sure you are taking your folic acid supplements.
If you can continue with your previous pre pregnancy diet. and try and eat your 5 portions of fruit and veg a day and you will probably need more carbohydrates such as bread and pasta than before because your body will need an ongoing supply of energy whilst the baby is growing.
If you are worried you could try the bookshop waterstones, I have seen some pregnancy food books in there. However the most important thing is to not stress your self ou about it and worry.
Things to avoid:
* Any cheese apart from cheddar. ( due to the bacteria content)
* Foods containing raw and undercooked eggs.
*and make sure all meats and poultry are cooked thoroughly. (no pink bits)

I hope this information helps a little.
Charlotte xx
