i am just about to go for my 20wk scan on monday, and really want a 3d scan bt have been put off by some midwifes. does anyone knw when the best time to gt one is, and can they harm baby?

hey ya honey u can have a 3d scan from 20 weeks, but some places do them earlier, im having a 3d scan on tuesday and i cant wait im so excited!! no they dont hurt the baby they r done the same as a normal scan but ovviously its 3d it fab! i cant wait

I never had one but have a few friends who've been for them. I think you have to have it before 24weeks.
