Hi there,
I am 23 weeks pregnant and started lookin into prams and car seat and ive discovered just how confusing it all is.
I have fallen in love with the Silver Cross Ventura and some sites are saying its universal and will fit all cars, but reviews are telling me different, most state it doesnt fit some cars due to seat belts being too short, who'd have guess seat belts were different lengths!
But i cant find a review that tells me what cars it does or doesnt fit, I have a renault clio mkII and my partner has a vauxhall corsa mkII, both are 3 door.
Has anyone out there got this car seat and these cars?!
Any help would be great! :)

Hi, have a Silver cross ventura and I love it. I drive a Ford Ka and the seat belt fits but you do have to move the seat right back, my fella has a Vauxhall Astra and it fits in his fine too. If you go to Mothercare they will let you try a car seat to see if it fits.

I have ordered the Silver Cross Freeway Linear which comes with the Ventura car seat. The shop were we ordered it told us that they've had problems fitting them in VW golfs and also the new shape Ford Focus. We have a VW Passat Estate and went into the shop and they tried it out for us and it fits fine. I was really worried as I had my heart set on this pram and if the car seat wouldn't fit then i'd have had to re-think everything. Your best bet is to go to a shop who will be happy to try it in your car for you before you buy. God Luck!
