winding

kian has struggled with his wind the past few feeds

Hi Steph have you tried infacol? I gave it to max when I was breastfeeding before each feed and it really helped. Carried on using it when we switched to bottles too. You need to use it before every single feed though and for at least 5 days to let it build up in their system, although we could tell a difference straight away.
I would give the infacol, then give the first boob until he had finished, then wind him (and if he'd fallen asleep I'd change his bum to wake him up) wouldn't give him the second boob until I'd got a burp after the first one, then give second boob and wind again afterwards and keep him upright for a while after.

if he doesnt go well with infacol you can try gripe water too. xxx
