Hi Amy my hubby started with really bad migraines and after going back and forth to the docs and getting medication after medication I persuaded him to have chiro where I work and it was all related to his neck, two treatments and it was sorted out. Not saying that yours is neck related but it often is so might be worth a thought especially if its come on since going back to work.
Other than that I think you'll need to speak to your gp about it.
Re getting your milk up, try fenugreek supplements and try expressing for a few mins after every feed (I know its difficult when you're working though) and make sure you are eating and drinking plenty. It might be worth giving la leche league a call for advice on this they must have loads of breastfeeding mums who have gone back to work and have had the same problems trying to continue.

You must be exhausted, hope that you are feeling better very soon xx

thanks, ill go to docs if it carried on blooming kills, been sitting in dark with sunglasses on when i can, dylan looks at me like what you doing mummy lol
ill give la leche a call, dont want my supply going if dylan not taking formula but ill try that fenugreek and see what it does, ive been expressing after feeds get a few drops out thats it, been sat here expressing and ive got 1 oz in 1hr normally i get about 9oz in 20 mins out of one breast, its a pain in the bum haha
yes he went to counselling he said there were more questions in this one but the next one he's got to speak and start off about how he feels, sad he doesnt know what to say, but i bet nce he starts and get used to the Councillor he will not shut up be good for him anyway, seen an improvement in him though since ive left him with dylan, hes more confident with him, and is now a pro, i get shouted at if i do something he's like 'no he doesn't like that do this' bless him. still a messy [censored] though, but i can cope with that
hows you and max today xx

It is a pain expressing anyway isn't it I used to hate it lol, I'm sure you'll get it going again though. I think there are some tablets you can get from gp to increase your milk supply but apparently they don't like prescribing them - think they are domperidone which my aunty used to take for sickness and digestive problems!
It sounds like james has really got his confidence up with dylan thats lovely, wish mine was a bit more messy he's the other way round a tidy freak but he tidies everything into the wrong places and then I spend ages trying to find things! Infuriating!
Max is good today but he's started with another cold, he ended up in bed with me again last night so I'm knackered! Hubby at work till tomorrow evening and then supposed to be off mon-thurs but he needs to make some time up so might not see much of him :-(((
