WeaningFinger foods?
Hello, my son is almost 7mths and im wondering when i can introduce finger foods ?And also what foods are good to start with?

hi! i started giving my son finger foods at 7 months and he loved been able to do it himself. i started him off with sticks of cucumber and cheese. he found them really tasty and as he was teething they were nice and cold on his swollen gums.
hi 7 months is a good time to start.dont be surprised if he chkes quite a bit in the begining.it frightens you to death.my LO just didnt get the hang of it properly until well in to 8 months old.start with anything soft like cooked carrott (good to get them in to there veg aswell)
