Hiya!

My 8 month old son has a dinner and fruit at 12:00, and another small dinner and yoghurt at around 4, I was offering him 4oz of milk after his tea, but he hasn't been interested for a few days now................
Jack's got his first tooth coming through, but am thinking of trying toast soliders, and things like that at lunch time.
Hope you find some ideas!!

My daughter has small lunch and a youghart at lunch (Around 1ish) and then a small meal and fruit at tea time (around 4.30ish). I find that things like mashed potatoes with Gravy or Pasta with some cheese are a big hit. If you are trying to encourage finger foods then try things like bananas, carrot sticks etc. For snacks i usually offer her a Rice Cake and some juice or a piece of toast or bread. Good luck. xxx
