Toddler talkFussy toddler
my 2o month old daughter has always been a great eater until recently, where she has been refusing almost everything i put down to her where now she is onky eating breakfast and snack type foods i.e fruit, yoghurts and crackers. I have tried not giving her anything if she doesnt eat her meals but this hasnt worked as she is still refusing to eat, . Any advice on how to get my toddler eating more would be great.
My daughter is really fussy, usually spitting out any fruits and the good stuff she should eat. I find she is more fussy if she is tired so i made sure she has a set routine in place and she now eats most of her dinner, if she struggles i will take it off her and pretend to it myself this usually makes her want to eat it , if she sees me eating her dinner! Good luck :)
Hiya hun,
I know this may sound silly but my boy was like that, i used to let him help make the food and we would taste it all as we were making it. He really enjoyed it and was happy and proud to eat what he helped make. He even made sure daddy ate all his tea that HE made for him, lol
Hope this helps in anyway
lou xx
