it is all different - some teeth very early and some dont get them until later! sometimes, as you are finding out, they can be teething for months before any appear.
my daughter got both her bottom teeth through on the day she turned 9 months old. they both came through at exactly the same time and she never gave me any signs they were coming, just literally just appeared!

my 13 month old daughter got her bottem 2 teeth at 8 months and has 6 teeth now but all babys are diffrent some dont have any teeth even at a year old so dont worry x

Hi, my son started grumbling with them at 5 months but didn't get his first one through till he was 10 months (his first dentist appt he had nothing for him to see lol!), he's now 16 months and still only has 4 teeth! :-))xx

Hi, my little man had his first tooth on his 6 month birthday and within 3 weeks had 6 teeth the poor little man. Officially average is 6-9 months but some babies are born with them and as others have said some don't have any at one. Makes weaning easier though when they have got some!

my mum actually takes great delight in telling me that i didnt get any teeth until i was 13 months old! i was actually walking before i had any teeth - apparently it is a very funny sight!

hi my son had 4 teeth by 7 months and now has his molars coming through, which i didn't think they got them at 8 months, so dont worry, it goes to show they all get them at different ages, and get different teeth at different ages xx

ahhh shelly, how mean is that lol. its a mums job to embarass their kids though isnt it.
my son was the same as buffy's lil boy, he was grumbling at about 5months but didnt do anything til around 10/11 months.
however i think im loosing my mind as my lil girl is only 13 weeks and is already chewing my finger and teething toys, really dribbly and red faced, her front gun at the bottom is really hard now and at the very bk. im in for a bumpy ride i think lol.

my baby got her first and 19 weeks and now she's 25 weeks she's got five 3 at front and two at back

My little girl started teething at 3 months. She's 4 months now and still have no teeth to show for all the dribbling and pain :/
