I am not 100% sure but how can i tell if my babies are teething. One of them constantly gnaws at his hands, is very hot, cries for hours in the early evening not settling and dribbles for england. I have felt his gums but i cannot feel anything. Does this sound like they are teething?
HI yeah it does sound like he's teething, though they can move about inside there gums for ages before you see them come through. Have you tried some teething gel, and Ashton and Andrews powders, they are herbal so they won't do any harm also if nothing else helps depending on the age of your babies try some calpol. Good luck hun xxx
yes it sounds like teething to me. my daughter started teething very early but her gums were soft for ages before anything came through, bicci pegs are fab and had my daughters teeth through in no time at all, she is almost 1 now and has 10 teeth already, and i am sure the bicci pegs helped tunns. alsoi i made some ice lollys in the freezer with really weak cordial and she quite often has an ice lolly when her gums have bothered her, this was from around 4 months when i started this an she is now on them jubly things (with adult supervision obviosly) ashton and parsons teething powders are geat and will sort out the tummy upset that can come along with teething. also we use asdas own paracetamol for the pain as its just as good as calpol but cheaper, and neurafen for children is fantastic for taking the swelling down in the gums and takes the ear ache off that my daughter gets with her teething.
hi jakki, where do you buy the bickie pegs from?i cant find them in asda/tesco x x
