Special events1st birthday ideas!!! [baby outings]
Hi everyone! My lo is nearly 1 and i took him to the sea life centre today, he really loved it and iwould defo take him again and would recommend it to anyone who is struggling to find something to do for a 1st birthday outing! In a few weeks im thinking about taking him to the zoo to see how he reacts to the different animals so i will let you know how we get on! If anyone has any other ideas of little outings or birthdays plz leave a post!! Or tell me what you all done for your childs first birthday!! Love sarah & josh xx
Hi Sarah, i'm Sarah too! my lo will be 1 next month, can't believe where that years gone!! We are going to stay home this year and invite friends and family round. We have recently tried taking her out to places like Marwell Zoo, Manor Farm Country Park ect and although she seems to enjoy herself she doesn;t really take any notice of whats around her , she just likes seeing all the people, so we thought it wasn't worth taking her out for the birthday this year. Good luck for the party xxxx
hi i recently took my daughter to a play centre where she really enjoyed her self they had slides and a ball pool etc
we had a party at home for jacks 1st birthday all our family and friends came it was from 11am til 7pm so he wasnt over faced my mum made a beef stew and dumplings in a caterers pan and few nibbles ie crisps, cakes etc (didnt want do a buffet cos things would be stale out all day) and he loved it and was spoilt rotten, then we sang happy birthday and blew out his candles at the time he was born, was a lovely day and memory xx
aahh what a sweet day Laura swet idea to blow out candles and do cake at the time he was born, might do that for my 4th when he is 1 next year only 15weeks old at mo.
hugs
we took our LO to a tropical butterfly house which had a petting zoo aswell and then went to a local fr something to eat and then took her to a toy shop. she had the time of her life.only problem we had was we were stalked by a female turkey who decided our pram was great to hide from the male with.
