given her age she doesnt need milk free food at the moment, but your best bet is going to be when she is old enough for weaning, is to make things yourself (to be honest that is better than going down the jar route anyway), that way you can be sure it is milk free. once she is over 6 mnths (but of course in her case being 6 wks prem she needs to be 6 weeks older than 6 mths old) then you can still make food using her formula - so for example, for breakfast, dont use baby porridges, use normal porridge oats or ready brek but make it up with her formula. puddings are going to be the hardest - she obviuosly wont be able to yogurts etc, but you can try to make things like rice pudding with her formula (having never done it, i dont know what it'll come out like, but it's worth a try). as when we were chatting yesterday, she is effective only 11 wks old so you cant wean for another 6 weeks anyway, but when you do wean and while she is younger than 6 mths (or 6 mths plus 6 wks in her case) then you need to just stick to veg to begin with anyway. fruit can cause them to have a sweet tooth so dont give her fruit purees until veg weaning is establsihed.
