Special baby diets

diarrhea!!! (sorry if spelling is wrong)

my son has been getting diarrhea now every few weeks for a few days at a time. he doesn't seem bothered by it only when i change his nappy cause his bum obviously hurts. he is eating normally and drinking fine. i just don't no why he keeps getting it. he used to get an upset belly and sore bum when he was teething but he has all his teeth now so i don't no what could be causing it? any advice please!!! ive not chnaged anything in his diet or introduced anything different
