Hey, sorry that you have been feeling down. You have been through so much and have stayed so strong but you are bound to have off days. Don't feel like you have to keep it in, don't be afraid to cry or ask for help. Things will get better, you will get through this. You just have to believe in yourself and try to stay strong for you and Kian x x

Hi steph have you spoken to your gp yet? Might be worth making an appointment. Stick with the counselling though it can take a while before it starts to help. It will get better, its not helping that you aren't sleeping at the moment. Keep your chin up you are doing so well xxx

ive got an appointment 2 see her on monday. i think kian is pickin up on my mood xx

Thats really good that you've got an appt, just take it all one day at a time. Kian is only bothered about cuddles and milk so don't you worry about that he'll be fine, you both will xxx

You will do after everything that's happened, anybody would. The doctor will be able to help you on monday. Have you got friends or your mum coming round today? Get as much help as you can. Have you got a favourite dvd that always makes you laugh? When I was at my lowest I'd put 'spaced' on and it always helped even if it was only a little bit. Are you managing to eat ok?

His head is fine thanks but he came in bed with me at 12.30am and he's woken up full of cold and I think i'm getting it too - we've all had one for the last month. I just feel so sorry for him its one thing after another! Bloomin toddler groups lol.
I'm glad jayde is coming round, that will cheer you up. You're doing great even if it doesn't feel like it sometimes - little kian has everything he needs and you can't ask for more than that can you - just need to get you feeling better and happier but it will come in time xxx
